Warranty Information:
At TRRAM Instruments, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in the products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Please ensure that any defects are proven by you upon receiving the product. It’s important to note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or scratch damage due to wear and tear. Any damages not arising from a manufacturer defect are not covered under warranty.
Return Policy:
All return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TRRAM Instruments. If, for any reason, you are not fully content with the item you received, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in “good selling condition.” Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Service for a return notice. Products returned without a return notice may not be eligible for credit. Please note that some exceptions may apply.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of its status. If the item is missing parts, the refund process will be paused until all missing parts are returned. Damaged items due to mistreatment, misuse, neglect, tampering, shipping, failure to follow product manuals or warnings, unauthorized modifications or repairs, accidents, abuse, or external causes beyond our control are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a certain amount of days, as per your card issuer’s policies. Please note that shipping or freight costs associated with the purchase of the item are non-refundable; only the item cost is refundable.
Restocking Fees:
We do not charge restocking fees for returns of defective products within the return policy period. If we shipped the wrong item or made a shipping error, there will be no restocking fee as long as it falls within the return policy period.
